Shaifubahrim Mohd Saleh experience spans over 34 years across 5 multinational organisations, including careers in IBM, Data General, Oracle, Banyan, Cisco, Frontline and PIKOM. He earned certifications in Change Management by Pritchett Rummler-Brache to consult in corporate growth, culture change and performance improvement. He is now an active facilitator in executive seminars on leadership and strategy, both locally and internationally.

Shaifubahrim has made a significant impact in talent development, and his contribution to ICT industry is noteworthy. He was the Chapter Member of Talents-Ideas-Enterprise (TiE) and was Board member of Human resource Development Council (HRDC) for 8 years. Having served PIKOM as a Councillor since 1997 when the association was barely 11 years old, then given the opportunity to steer it as Chairman for 2 terms, as President/CEO, Shaifu has served as Advisor of The National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) for many years.

Currently Shaifu is the Executive Chairman of Frontline Resources and the Chairman of Pritchett Malaysia and Nexdrone Sdn Bhd. He is also in the Executive Council of Bumiputra Retail Association (BRO) and in the Advisory Council of IPV6 centre, UUM, USM, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) and Cybersecurity Malaysia. Shaifu served as the President of the Malaysian Service Providers Confederation (MSPC) from 2012-2014, and now serves as Immediate Past President and the Secretary General of ASEAN Service Provider Confederation (ASPC). Other significant appointments include being a Board Member of Malaysian Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP), Universiti Utara Malaysia ( UUM ), Member of SME Corporation Malaysia and on the Board of GamatEmas International
