Michael Lim is Chief Advisor of MCA Asia, CTO of Mango Messaging Technology (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd and Vice President of Technology Boards at IAEIS. In this capacity, Michael has oversight on industry technology trends and adoption. Michael has written articles on hospitality technologies and Chinese mobile payments, and has spoken in hotel technology conferences in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Michael is concurrently CTO of Mango Messaging Technology Ltd. and Director of Mango Messaging Technology (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd, a leading digital transformation solutions company for the hospitality and public sector industries, with offices in Macau, China and Australia. An established executive-level professional with over 10 years of in-depth experience in deploying strategic business solutions for large-scale Integrated Resorts in Macau and Singapore, Michael’s immediate last position was Vice President of Information Technology at a multi-property casino integrated resort operator in Macau, where he oversaw strategic and tactical program delivery of Hospitality technologies. He also assumed various leading technology positions in the telecommunications and banking industries in Singapore from 1999 to 2007, with a focus on e-Commerce and CRM.
