Mike Ghasemi is the president of IAEIS and founder and chief analyst of Mike Ghasemi Research, specializing in retail, hospitality and travel advisory and consulting services. He has been recognised as one of the region’s foremost retail industry futurists, and his intellectual work has influenced well-known retailers, hoteliers and technology organisations.

Shaifubahrim Mohd Saleh is currently Executive Chairman of Frontline Resources, Chairman of Pritchett Malaysia & Nexdrone Sdn Bhd. His experience spans over 34 years across 5 multinational organisations, including careers in IBM, Data General, Oracle, Banyan, Cisco, Frontline and PIKOM.

Michael Lim is Chief Advisor of MCA Asia, CTO of Mango Messaging Technology (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd. He is an established executive-level professional with over 10 years of in-depth experience in deploying strategic business solutions for large-scale Integrated Resorts in Macau and Singapore.

Anne-Marie Kikos is currently the Managing Partner and VP of Advisory and Consultancy-APAC at Mike Ghasemi Research Pte Ltd. She has been a strategy, business, marketing and sales leader for more than two decades, working all over the world, principally in the technology industry.
